Forma Brands is bijkomend probleemdossier voor Sofina

De Amerikaanse cosmeticagroep Forma Brands heeft bescherming gevraagd tegen haar schuldeisers. Die hebben, samen met Forma’s aandeelhouders (waaronder Sofina), een voorstel op tafel gelegd om het bedrijf over te nemen.
